Carlota Perez is one of the world’s foremost experts on the impact of technical change on economic growth and development of society. Carlota Perez is Author of the influential Technological Revolutions and Financial Capital: The Dynamics of Bubbles and Golden Ages.

Carlota Perez is an Honorary Professor at IIPP-UCL and Prof. of Socio-Economic Development at Tallinn University of Technology, Tallinn, Estonia. For the 2015-17 period, she occupied the post of Centennial Professor at the London School of Economics.
About the Utopia for Beginners event
The Utopia for Beginners events was held to discuss pressing questions and problems in IT. With over 250 IT Executives we explored new ways to innovate in a purposeful way.
