The passion of the team and them having fun in collaborating and problem solving, are crucial in the success of an innovation project. After our recent SogetiLabs meetup in Stockholm, I wrote about why we meet in person with SogetiLabs twice a year. And why this is so important.
Of course, having a structured process and skilled moderators, the right technology expertises, divergent perspectives and the right customer representatives in the room are important. But all this will only lead to great results, if the team is passionate about it and having fun in the process.
