We talked to a lot of experts on how the Internet of Things will impact the way we do business. Today we present three perspectives on the matter: from a business analyst, a philosopher and an entrepreneur on the Internet of Things.

First let’s here from the business analyst. Sarah Rotman Epps was a former Forrester analyst and recently joined Facebook  as a product marketing manager for ad product privacy. While still at Forrester we interviewed Sarah on the next phase for mobile and the internet of things.

Luciano Floridi is best known for his work on two areas of philosophical research: the philosophy of information and information ethics. In this video he shares how more connectivity changes business.

For MIT Media Lab’s famous researcher and entrepreneur David Rose ‘enchanted objects’ is the preferable way to relate to digital technology, the other three being ‘terminal (screen) world,’ ‘prosthetics,’ and ‘social robots.’ David’s new book Enchanted Objects: Design, Human Desire and the Internet of Things will be published in May 2014. According to Mr. Rose enchanted objects are ordinary things, made extraordinary.
