You use an online helpdesk or get help booking a holiday with a digital assistant without even knowing it is not a real person.
#IoT enables chatbots to mature rapidly. Huge datasets are available that can serve as a knowledge base and connectivity is giving the bots all input they need to act more and more human (or you could say, smarter).
