In the WQR page 8 fig 2: the text mentions “there was
a substantial drop in numbers who felt that testing is optimized
in terms of speed and cost”, but fig 2 shows in improvement of 37% to 50% from 2020 to 2021…. seems like the text contradicts fig. 2 or the colours of 2020 and 2021 are interchanged?
