In this session, we present a new operating model for scaling accelerated enterprise innovation using a team-based platform approach. The platform is built on a flexible Flow Engine to onboard distributed, remote teams onto high-velocity innovation pipelines. The innovation pipelines leverage ML and AI to enable deep product/service design as well as software factory automation for accelerated prototyping. To ensure growth strategy alignment, design thinking is combined with innovation management to maximize business value impact. The session also provides an overview of the no-code technology from our partner, Pipefy, used to build the Flow Engine along with several case studies to illustrate enterprise scalability and integration, including work with Capgemini. The attendees will gain a new understanding for achieving scalable, sustainable, accelerated enterprise innovation that can be applied across sectors using the Thinkubator Business platform.
