Vincent Grajek

Vincent started his career in Project Management and then as a Test Leader. In 2013, he took the opportunity to take many scrum master and agile coach roles with various contexts and sectors (retail, industry, finance, insurance, energy…). He joined the L&D team in 2017 as a Agile trainer (Product Owner, Scrum Master…), and had different opportunities to be a speaker in Agile Tour (Lille, Marseille, Strasbourg). In 2019, his challenge was to launch the Sogeti Consulting entity (Engage) in the North of France, and today we have an great pool of experts (Agile, Testing, Product Management, Cloud-DevOps…). In 2023, he accepted to take the lead of the Agile Pillar & Agile Community for Sogeti France in order to help Sales to sell Agility and HR to recruit Agile profiles.
