Following a degree in language sciences, I decided to delve deeper into the field of natural language processing (NLP), driven by a strong desire to contribute to advancements in artificial intelligence. This led me to embark on a PhD in NLP, where I was able to merge my passion for linguistics with computer science to explore innovative approaches to language technology.
During my doctoral studies, I worked as part of the écri+ project, where I began developing an automated tool designed to detect syntactic errors in students’ coordinated sentences. This experience was invaluable, as it allowed me to immerse myself in a practical application of NLP, sharpening my technical skills and deepening my understanding of the field through hands-on problem-solving and interdisciplinary research.
Currently, in my role as a project manager at SogetiLabs, my focus has expanded to encompass both computer vision and natural language processing. I am particularly involved in the development of a web auditing application that adheres to the RGAA (Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité), leveraging advanced AI techniques to improve accessibility and usability. This multifaceted journey has not only broadened my expertise but also fueled my enthusiasm for creating impactful technological solutions.
