A Delivery Lead with 17+ years of End to End IT experiences, working with international corporations, in globally distributed teams. My strengths lie in delivering complex programs with an integrated IT architecture under challenging environments and coming up with innovative solutions to support a changing business climate. This journey has taken me to work with some of the best professionals in the IT industry across the world in both co-located and distributed global teams of various nationalities. A Solution Architect with a strong technical educational background, I have proficiency in designing, building and enhancing products and services throughout their life cycle. I have worked on the complete life cycle of products and services [ERP, Cloud, WMS etc.,] from ramp-up to migration/ramp-down. A problem solver at heart, I believe in using my experience and expertise to partner with organizations in identifying pain areas and finding sustainable and cost-efficient solutions within the given constraints. My present role involves managing and growing the Quality Engineering practice in the region covered in the geographic divisions of Texas and West in Sogeti USA. Working across different industry sectors has given me a strategic insight into how businesses are supported by robust and scalable systems/platforms. This in turn has helped me to always see the bigger picture and strive to keep abreast of all technological advances. I am extremely passionate about finding solutions that apply the latest technology to improve the status quo. I am keen on helping organizations develop pioneering solutions which provide consistent, industrialized and high-quality delivery models that act as enablers to achieve their strategic objectives.
