Huib Schoots is a senior Quality Coach with a diverse background in Software Development related projects. His personal mission is shaping better people and software quality by connecting, innovating, facilitating, coaching, enabling and teaching. He is fascinated by mindset, thinking, behavior, collaboration and AI. He believes that personal leadership and collaboration ultimately makes the difference. He therefore helps people, teams and organizations improve, by empowering them and continuously improving teamwork. As a mentor and coach, he helps to learn effectively and develop continuously with attention to sustainable adaptability that leads to the improvement of results and practices. This enables teams to realize more customer value and results. Together creating the conditions for talent development and for work to match personal motives. Huib received the Award for being “Most Influential Agile Testing Professional Person” a 100% community voting nomination for being the most influential person from the agile testing community. He is one of four Rapid Software Testing instructors in the world. When Huib is not working he is a musician playing trombone in a brass band, and he sings in a rock band. Other hobbies are (analoge) games, travelling, LEGO, beer brewing, photography and reading.
