Harpreet Kaur Kahai is a seasoned professional with 19+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering. She currently serves as a Senior Performance Testing Architect and Practice Manager for the Sogeti Performance Testing & Engineering Centre of Excellence, where she leads strategic initiatives for global clients across diverse technologies and environments.

Harpreet has successfully driven enterprise-level performance testing programs, built reusable frameworks, and enabled teams to adopt Agile and performance engineering best practices. Her expertise spans across web, mobile, API, SAP, big data, and AIdriven systems.

She is deeply passionate about mentoring and has trained numerous rofessionals across testing disciplines. A recognized thought leader, Harpreet is a regular speaker at
international conferences, podcasts, and community forums such as ATAGTR, BrowserStack, and The Test Tribe. Beyond her technical contributions, she actively volunteers as an anchor, jury member, and panel moderator, helping foster a vibrant community of testing professionals.

Harpreet holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Mumbai University and is a proud alumnus of K.J. Somaiya Institute of Technology.
