Boby Jose, author of Test Automation – A Manager’s Guide (published by the British Computer Society, BCS), has over 26 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. He has led major global testing engagements, including Europe’s largest Service Desk, the world’s second-largest healthcare application, and the largest implementations of SharePoint and ServiceNow worldwide. With a BSc in Physics and an MBA, Boby combines deep technical expertise with strategic business insight. He has managed testing across a wide range of sectors and regions, including the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Boby specialises in test strategy, governance, automation, functional and non-functional testing, utilising Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. He is certified as an ISTQB® Advanced Test Manager, PRINCE2® Practitioner, Agile Scrum Master, and Agile Product Owner, and also holds credentials in mobile application testing. A recognised thought leader in the field, Boby writes and speaks on topics such as sustainability in testing and test automation.
