Kim Berg began his career in a service desk role, where he developed a strong interest in how technology is built, operated, and scaled. This early curiosity led him into data center hosting, where he established a solid foundation in infrastructure, reliability, and the management of critical environments. Although he does not have a formal IT education, he is a lifelong learner driven by curiosity, hands‑on experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Nearly a decade ago, Kim discovered his passion for cloud technologies and chose to specialize in Microsoft Azure. Since then, he has focused on modern operations, platform engineering, and enabling teams by transforming early ideas into secure, scalable, production‑ready solutions. Over time, his work has expanded into data, AI, IoT, and IIoT, primarily in the role of Solution Architect, where he helps organizations design practical architectures that deliver tangible outcomes.
Kim has worked across a diverse range of industries, including defense, public sector, manufacturing, and energy. Today, he focuses on enterprise‑scale AI, data, and IIoT solutions, consistently turning innovative ideas into measurable business impact.

I’m the ACE Portfolio Lead at Sogeti Sweden, working with modern software delivery at the intersection of AI, team design, and commercial innovation. My main focus is agentic delivery models, and how AI agents, copilots, and autonomous capabilities can be combined with strong teams and modern SDLC practices to enable team- and capacity-based delivery with clear business outcomes. I work closely with clients and delivery teams to move from traditional project models toward sustainable team and capacity setups, often supported by new commercial constructs. In earlier roles at Sogeti, I worked hands-on with innovation labs and experimentation, experience that continues to shape how I approach pilots, capability building, and scaling new ways of working across the portfolio.

Kimmo Jukkara is a Lead Hyperautomation Engineer with nine years of experience in Robotic Process Automation across healthcare, steel manufacturing, and financial services. Since entering the automation field in 2017, he has specialized in delivering scalable, innovative solutions using Blue Prism, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Automate. He helps organizations modernize their operations through intelligent automation, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across business functions. Before joining Sogeti in 2021, Kimmo gained diverse technical and operational experience across several small and mid‑sized companies, where he supported office IT operations and developed early automation solutions. In earlier roles, he also created custom scripting‑based improvements that automated time‑consuming manual steps in design workflows, demonstrating his ability to identify and solve automation opportunities well before RPA became mainstream. These early experiences laid the groundwork for his pragmatic, business‑oriented approach to automation that has defined his later career. He subsequently served as the primary in‑house RPA specialist for a major public‑sector organization, guiding the full automation lifecycle and supporting the operational needs of multiple Finnish hospital districts. One of his notable achievements includes developing, in roughly one week, an automation for a hospital district that performed critical validations and helped prevent the organization from incurring financial losses reaching up to five‑figure amounts. The automation quickly demonstrated its value, reinforcing the importance of proactive process monitoring in critical healthcare operations. Kimmo is known for his clear communication, collaborative mindset, and ability to explain complex automation concepts in accessible terms. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology and is certified across multiple key technologies, including Blue Prism, ITIL, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and AI fundamentals.
