Innovation Accelerator 2017 – The Journey to Innovation Delivered

Teams in the Innovation Accelerator are in the final stages of the innovation journey that began in August, developing concepts using IoT, cloud, mobile, and AR/VR/MR platforms including Azure, AWS, IBM Watson and Xamarin. The teams from around the globe began the journey with design thinking using a human-centric approach to creating new consumer and business experiences that could potentially be deployed by Sogeti clients to create and capture market value.  Teams develop business models to incorporate value propositions Sogeti clients would find compelling as well as complete, full-stack, integrated platform solutions that serve as Minimum Viable Product (MVP) accelerators. Joo Lee, Accelerator Executive, stated, “The need for innovative, user-centered thinking is core not only to the success of our clients, but to ours as well.  The Innovation Accelerator represents the essence of our culture – bold vision and aspiration, brilliant technology applied to real modern day challenges and an entrepreneurial spirit.” Teams will be submitting pitch presentations and demos on Nov. 7 with a judging period following the date.  Winning teams will be announced on Nov. 10^th.  The Accelerator team, including Accelerator Services and Accelerator Ecosystem, will take the concepts forward in collaboration with the global Accelerator community into go-to-market activities engaging Sogeti sales channels, ecosystem partners, and the Applied Innovation Exchange network. There is significant go-to-market potential given the catalog of innovative concepts created in last year’s IoT Hackathon and now the Innovation Accelerator.  The Accelerator team is looking forward to working with ecosystem partners, sales channels and the AIE network to deliver innovation impact.  We are excited to present the ingenuity of the Accelerator community to Sogeti prospects and clients.
