A growing number of companies perform semantic analyses on Twitter, Facebook and Foursquare. In this way, the so-called Social Genome can be charted, consisting of rich profiles of customers, topics, products, locations, and events.

    1. I seek solution for customers interracting on my sites and not so much on twitter / facebook and so one. However, these companies have developped solutions that can be used on other environment than twitter, facebook. That’s these solutons that I look for.
