Want to work in an agile team like Scrum, Kanban or DevOps? Become a T-shaped professional – there is a great chance that you will hear that. But what is a T-shaped professional ? How can you become one?

Well a T-shaped professional is a person who is specialized in something like testing, programming design, analysis or whatever specialization they like. But they don’t have tunnel-vision as they have an attitude to look further than their own specialization and like to broaden their knowledge.
