Automated Communication Service: Using Power Automate Connector
In today’s Digital world, there is always a need for Smart Communications which facilitates business to deliver smarter email communication across the entire lifecycle—empowering them to succeed in today’s digital-focused and customer-driven world, at the same time meeting the expectation of simplifying processes and operating more efficiently.
Communication services are used by various business for digital operations to schedule email communication during Virtual Events, Group Mailers and Internal/External Communications. The need is to trigger communication to multiple recipients with pre-defined email layouts and during pre-defined intervals.
This tool utilizes SharePoint Online and Power Platform to enable business to send communications via scheduler.
The solution is built using Power Automate which is part of Power Platform provided by Microsoft as SaaS (Software as a Service) model. Once configures all communication workflows are auto triggered based on the defined condition.

Power Automate can be leverage for solutions like the above. It is important to always design based on configurability and reusability.
