In Antifragile Nassim Nicholas Taleb offers a solution how to gain from disorder and chaos while being protected from fragilities and adverse events. This week the New York Times reported on the weird Dutch custom of ‘droppen’. Yes the Dutch even let their children drive bikes to school by themselves. I guess the message is that people (and organizations) learn more from adverse situations that living in a Nanny environment. The message is design for change & turbulent times + try to place people that have a track record of being lucky in key positions.
