I am an experienced project professional and have helped clients successfully deliver mobile and IT infrastructure projects, realigning processes including SDLC methodology, task management, and resource management. Technology assessments are my specialty, as I have delivered many technology reviews and roadmaps to clients, ranging from large computing system redesign to customer service re-platforming including review of chatbot and Virtual Agent technologies. My focus is on technology modernization to improve time-to-market and quality, and on technology realignment to better meet business needs and objectives.
