hello VINT :-)… really great job. Reading the report, I was wondering. How to put in place or to apply the 10 principles on a day to day basis. How to prioritize the way to manage the business as usual and facilitate creativity and disrupted ideas and solutions? and how to switch from one to the other ?
Jacques. One option: api your legacy and let others do the innovation (open). Don’t change your organisation and forget about the 9 other design principles.
