Padmaja Alapati

Padmaja is a Performance testing and engineering lead and architect within the Sogeti Testing Practice. Padmaja has designed and architected ‘Performance Testing As a Code’, an automated platform for provisioning of performance testing and monitoring environment which leverages the full potential of cloud and improving the capex cost of environment. It also improves the velocity with every release. Padmaja has worked on multiple RFPs and is the key person in establishing customer confidence on Sogeti QE&T’s Performance testing capabilities. Padmaja also handles the entire PT shared service model taking control of the entire end to end Performance Testing for Europe and US. In the past Padmaja has set up Internet of Things performance testing stream in her previous organization, she has developed go to market strategy, supported in R&D and business development for IoT Performance. Padmaja was global transformation lead, laid the transformation framework and ran transformation initiatives for multiple global clients.
