Swati Vishwakarma is a seasoned IT leader with over 17 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions across industries. Currently a Technical Program Manager at Capgemini, she leads the Gen AI Amplifier Program, a flagship SDLC accelerator deployed across 25+ global clients. Swati has successfully managed a €2M program budget and a 50+ member engineering team, driving measurable gains in software delivery efficiency and AI adoption. Her technical portfolio spans Generative AI, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), DevOps automation, Python, ReactJS, and enterprise data systems including Oracle, SQL Server, and Informatica. She has implemented advanced Gen AI capabilities such as prompt engineering, RAG systems, and guardrails, while also leading initiatives in CRM integration, telemetry, and eCommerce transformation. Swati has held leadership roles at Ramco Systems, BORN Group, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Mastek, and Infosys, where she consistently delivered high-impact digital programs across telecom, logistics, retail, and energy sectors.
