Vaideshwaran leads the Test Automation CoE in Sogeti Quality Engineering and Testing Practice. He is a thought leader in test automation space, involved in multiple customer demos on various tooling options, automation assessments, tooling strategy, created several automation point of views and POCs such as Gamedriver for XR test automation, Eggplant, Enterprise automation and more. Apart from the CoE delivery he is also running the Global Test Automation Community of Practice where bringing in all test automation experts across Sogeti together to build assets, accelerators, knowledge sharing, case studies, leveraging best practices, solutions and more. He also played a key role in building of Sogeti Cloud Quality Engineering offer and solution.
