Please realize that today, Social and Mobile may be well established, but SMACT as a whole, and especially the ACT side still is a long way off the Pervasive Smart ideal. Senseable (sensible + sensing) solutions will require other uses of Social Media and Networking, more advanced Mobile solutions, and integrated Analytics. For sure, on the ACT side of SMACT there still needs a lot to do be done during the next 6 years.
