Manager, Experience & Innovation | USA

Heath Alexander is an Innovation and Experience Manager in the Georgia Unit of Sogeti USA. Before joining Sogeti in 2016 he spent 20 years as web developer, technical writer, experience designer, workshop facilitator, and even a stint owning his own real-estate appraisal company. He is passionate about collaborative problem-solving; from opportunities to validation and all the hypotheses, experiments, research, and iterations in-between. Leverages design thinking & human-centered design principles to keep teams focused on building the right thing and on building it right. He helps clients create the culture, structure, and processes necessary to nurture and sustain high-performing enterprise innovation and intrapreneurship teams. A seemingly endless curiosity keeps him interested and learning about how to make technology more human, how to bend it to work for us rather than the other way around. Thought leader for user experience design, design thinking, design sprints, and design ops/design systems. Before joining Sogeti in 2016 he spent time as a user-experience strategist & designer, front-end developer, workshop facilitator, and even a stint owning his own real-estate appraisal company. A snapshot of his client portfolio includes Chick-Fil-A Corporation, KPMG, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), McKesson Corporation, the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC), Akamai Technologies, and SPA Magazine.
