1. Usually a scrum master don’t carry the responsibility of delivery of the project , rather s/he is strictly involved in the sprint to achieve the partial goals n objectives.SO you can fairly use your PM to review the completed sprint work to ensure quality of deliverables from the beginning of the life cycle and keep focus on integration. If you still would like to keep him engaged for deep involvement you can share your project stacks and get things be arranged parallely in right direction.
