1. Hi Dave, nice article! With respect to the matrix, I feel the following labels may be a useful alternative:
   Low Value Low Flow = Low Performance,
   High Value Low Flow = Inefficient Performance,
   Low Value High Flow = Ineffective Performance,
   High Value High Flow = High Performance.
