Consider: Almost half of the best-achieving organizations use digital data for their long-term strategies, in contrast to only a fifth of the underperformers. With regard to daily operations, this is even more than half of the top-performers against slightly more than a quarter of the poorly achieving organizations.

    1. Early adopters will suffer the learning experiences.
      Early majority will reap the benefits.
      Late majority will take a hit.
      Laggards will just die, maybe faster than expected.
      So, get started, put an indicator in there, so that you aren’t caught naked! But don’t bet the farm on it.
      But one thing is sure: given the usual operational drag in businesses, don’t try to do that on your own. Get help.
